When will you deliver?
Buy any cartridge or other computer related products from us by 15.00PM Monday to Friday will be deliver within 1-5 working days between 9:00AM to 5.00 PM. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be deliver within 2-5 working days from following Monday.Please note that we can not deliver on a bank holiday, however we will endeavour to deliver on the next official working day. Subject to status, credit check and stock availability

* All orders are delivered by Royal Mail/Private Courier between Monday to Friday. Delivery on Saturday will cost £15/- and it's not free.
* All products with a value in excess of £50 must be signed for. Delivery will be attempted before 5.00pm (although this cannot be guaranteed). If no one is available to sign for the product, a card will be left and the parcel held at the local Royal Mail Depot for you to collect. Parcels will be held for 10 days before they are returned to Inkjet-Toner.co.uk. Please call the number specified on the card if you wish to re-arrange delivery, collect from your local Post Office or to re-direct the parcel to an alternative address.
If your order is subject to further credit and security checks, your order may be delayed by up to 72 hours.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it (without giving a reason if you wish) up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories). Postage and insurance are not refundable. If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount within 14 days. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we may deduct the cost of collection from your refund.
For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund on any unwanted orders placed on our website. We will refund the full amount within 30 days of the cancellation of the order.
Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a full refund including the cost of carriage. As all of our products carry their warranties from respective manufacturers, we will be pleased to replace these products provided prior Returned Merchandize Authorization is issued by their manufacturer. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

When will I get my replacement?
Your replacement will be dispatched once the faulty goods have arrived back to us.
How long will a refund take to show on my card?
A credit will be applied to your card within 30 days of the goods being returned.
Do I have to pay to return goods?
We will organise a courier collection of any faulty goods. Unwanted goods are returned at your own expense.
